Website/ecommerce Company is currently seeking a dedicated, high energy Administrative and Sales Assistant to perform the following duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Handling invoices and mail
- Typing memos/letters and faxing
- Maintaining company files
- Assisting with specific projects as needed
- Manage freelancers:
- Prospect for new online freelancers
- Provide administrative support to freelancers
- Organize and track freelancers’ schedules
- Follow-up with online time sheet submissions
- Submit daily activity reports to senior management
Position Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
Full-time position is based in Manhattan.
