Don't miss this interactive lunch presentation with small business coach Fred Bauer on Thursday, July 12th.
We will start with a recap of Part 1 - how to avoid the deadliest mistakes in starting a business - for those who missed the June 26th event, and then launch into Part 2 which explores what to do once your business has capital and starts to mature.
Fred Bauer is an entrepreneurs' entrepreneur. In 2002 he left a secure management consulting career of 13 years to strike out on his own. Having consulted for many Fortune 500 clients including Merrill Lynch, PacBell, BellSouth, PREPA, PEMEX, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Santa Fe Pacific Gold, Homestake Minding, Verizon Wireless and other large companies, Fred decided to take these skills and apply them to the small businesses of northern New Jersey.
Five years later, he is a coaching consultant with hundreds of small businesses, many of who have grown revenues in excess of 100% and profits by over 500%. One of those clients was doing $200,000 a year in revenue and losing money on a regular basis. In 2006, this company exceeded $800,000 in revenue in $250,000 in total owner benefit. Working with an investment broker client, Fred raised his commissions from 13,000 a year to $150,000 a year in two short years.
Fred achieves these results with his clients by taking a very pragmatic one-step-after-the-other approach to building a business. Clients like his positive attitude, his intensity, and his sense of humor. Obviously, they also like the results that he produces.
Don't miss this opportunity to experience this dynamic presentation firsthand!
